The first printed s’mores recipe appeared in 1927. Folklore suggests that the name “s’mores” came about because everyone who tasted one asked for “some more.”

This easy and delicious s’more dip is a fun way of keeping your inner child alive, while the homemade Irish cream liquor has an extra kick to keep your adult-self satisfied.

S’mores Dip


  • 2 large bags marshmallows
  • 8 butter toffee bars 
  • 1 bag chocolate chips 
  • 1 box graham crackers


Preheat the oven to 365 degrees fahrenheit.

Chop up the butter toffee bars and throw them in the skillet with the chocolate chips.

Place the marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips and toffee bars. Put the skillet on the top rack of your oven for 5 minutes.

After everything is heated all the way through, turn on your broil setting and toast the top layer of marshmallows until golden brown.

After the s’more dip is the ideal color and consistency, it’s time to eat. Use graham crackers to scoop and enjoy.

Homemade Irish Campfire Cream Cocktail

  • 4 cups coffee cream 
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • Marshmallow vodka 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


To rim your glass, start by melting chocolate chips in a saucer. Crush a small amount of graham crackers in a bowl. Rim the glass in the melted chocolate and dip in the bowl of crackers. place in the freezer to set.

While this is cooling off mix the 4 cups of coffee cream and 2 tablespoons of cocoa.

Warming the cream in the microwave for a few seconds will allow these two ingredients to combine easier. Fill a low ball tumbler with ice. Add two shots of marshmallow vodka and top up with chocolate cream and it is ready to serve.
