Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a perfect recipe to bring to the big game. You can prep it before you leave and cook it right on the grill! Its like eating a chicken wing without the mess.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce

  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese

  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken

  • 1 bag blue or yellow corn tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Heat grill to 350 degrees. 

  2. Place soft cream cheese into a shallow heat proof baking dish. 

  3. Mix in salad dressing, wing sauce, blue cheese and chicken until nice and smooth. 

  4. Grill for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through and cheese is bubbling.

  5. Serve with the tortilla chips.

Beer Wings

The trick to my tasty healthy wings is I boil them first in beer. They absorb great flavor, which makes them nice and tender. Throw them on the grill until they’re nice and crispy.

Ingredients

  • 1 four pound bag of frozen or fresh chicken wings

  • 2 beers 

  • ½ cup cayenne pepper sauce

  • ½ cup barbeque sauce 

Directions

  1. Boil the wings in the beer in a large pot for 10 minutes. Drain beer and excess fat from wings when done.

  2. Grill wings  until golden brown and crispy. 

  3. In a large bowl, mix the hot sauce and barbecue sauce, then add wings.  Mix until evenly coated. Plate and serve.
