You can Shop Now online for Performance Kitchen® meals to be delivered directly to your door.

Our meals are ready to microwave and eat in minutes or can be cooked in the oven. Please refer to each meal's package for its unique cooking instruction. If oven cooking instructions are not provided, refer to the product's webpage. On that page, scroll down until you see "Cooking Instructions."

Boxes: Yes. Individual meal boxes (made from 100% recycled paperboard and 75% post-consumer waste) can be recycled.

Plastic: Yes. The BPA-free film covering your meal can be recycled at select retail stores, municipal recycling centers, and private recyclers across the US and Canada.

Sleeves and bowls: No. Our sleeves and bowls are 90% pressed paperboard, but are not recyclable or compostable at this time. We are working toward a more sustainable solution. Stay tuned!

We cannot provide an estimated delivery date at time of order. We will notify you of an estimated delivery date once your order has shipped.
For delivery within 1–2 business days, please place your before 8 am PST.
Orders placed after the 8 am PST cutoff time will result in orders being fulfilled on the next business day.
All orders are processed Monday – Friday with some weekend deliveries.
Some zip codes will not qualify for weekend deliveries. Depending on shipping zones, orders that are placed after 8 am PST on Thursday or Friday may be fufilled the following Monday.

Yes, we pack our orders with dry ice or gel packs and use special packaging designed to keep our meals frozen for the full duration of delivery. If any meals arrive thawed, please let us know and we will reship replacement meals immediately.

Meals

Many of our vegan meals are non-GMO Project Verified. Look for the project GMO stamp on the back of the package.

No. We have products that do not contain nuts; however, they are not made in a certified nut-free facility and could contain trace allergens. Each product clearly lists any allergens.

Our meals are shipped with ice packs and stay frozen for about 48 hours from when they were shipped.  Check meals upon opening the delivery box to verify that they are still frozen.

Yes, we do. Search our online store by using the appropriate filter, such as “gluten-free.”

In general, frozen meals that have been sitting out at room temperature for longer than 2 hours should be thrown away (1 hour if room temperature is above 90°F).

Frozen meals can stay safely unrefrigerated for 2 hours if the air temperature is under 90°F, and for 1 hour if the air temperature is 90°F or higher.

Frozen meals can be put into a portable cooler with ice or ice packs and stored for as long as the inside cooler temperature stays below 40°F.

Defrosted meals can stay in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before cooking as long as the internal refrigeration temperature stays below 40°F.

Yes, but doing this can potentially affect the quality of the meals.

Yes, but doing this will require a longer cook time to reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F, and can potentially affect the quality of the meals.

Yes, our meals are safe to eat past their Best By date as long as they have been stored properly in the freezer at or below 32°F, but the quality may start to deteriorate over time.

Most freezers will hold a safe temperature at or below 32°F for 48 hours if full, and 24 hours if half full, as long as the door remains closed. If your freezer isn’t working properly, check meal temperature to verify it is at or below 32°F.
