What is your favorite part about being able to engage and connect with fans of liquid smoke?
I enjoy hearing about new and interesting ways customers use liquid smoke. They add it to recipes to make a unique taste that enhances the flavor.
What’s the best customer compliment you’ve received and how does this motivate you to innovate further?
The best compliments are from people who say their family has been using liquid smoke for generations. It makes me happy to think of families using our products at holiday meals as it brings them together and motivates me to continue making the best products I can.
What’s one key thing you want all people to keep in mind when using liquid smoke?
One key thing to keep in mind for liquid smoke is that it’s not just for meat — it can be mixed into dips, drinks, soups and side dishes to give a slight smoke flavor. It’s good to experiment with liquid smoke in recipes for a new taste.
